Not really far from Northern Africa there's a triangle-shaped island, which I guess is part of a country called Italy. Here you can find several villages, one of them, located in the northeasternmost point of the triangle (just where you have to go if you want to sail to that big country that looks like a big boot), is particularly underdivelopped.
